Refund policy

During the beta nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

When paid plans start, they are sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, and refunds are made through Paddle to the card or account that paid.

A full refund of the first payment if asked within 14 days; after that, a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period already paid and is not charged again.
