Privacy notice

In force from November 3, 2026. Personal data is handled under the data-protection law of the controller's country and, where it gives you more, the law of the country you are in.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. The host, Cloudflare, keeps the usual technical logs of each request (address, time, page) for its own security.

The app

• Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), your language and preferences, and the record of your sign-ins kept in the workspace's security log.
• Your workspace's content: what you and your team put in it, including the personal data of your own customers. For that data, your firm is the controller and we process it on your behalf.
• Public forms: what a visitor sends through a form your workspace publishes, kept in your workspace. When a form uses the robot check, the visitor's browser contacts Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Emails the app sends (invitations, notifications, receipts) go through Resend (United States).
• The AI companion: when someone in a workspace uses it, the text of that request is sent to the AI provider the workspace uses: yours (you must provide your own key), or the platform's, provided by different providers).
• The beta's milestones: the app records the date a workspace first reaches each milestone (its first customer, import, fee rule, logged time, statement, invitation and public-form request): the date and the kind, nothing of the content. During the beta we read those dates once a month. Nobody at mbovy opens a workspace or reads what is in it; support sees only what you send through the support form.

Where it is kept

• Databases: on a server in Santiago, Chile.
• Files: with Cloudflare.
• Backups: a copy of the databases is taken every night and kept by us for 14 days.
• AI companion requests: the platform's AI provider is in the United States. A workspace that uses its own provider sends them to wherever that provider is.

Your rights

Your data belongs to you. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. If you are an administrator of your workspace, you can download all of its data at any time, from inside the app, in JSON format. Contact us. A request that is not resolved with us can be taken to the data-protection authority of your country.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace's content to train AI models.
