Beta terms of service
Version 2026-11-beta · in force from November 3, 2026
These terms apply to every mbovy workspace during the beta. By creating a workspace, you accept them for the workspace and for the people you invite to it.
The service during the beta
- mbovy is offered free of charge while the beta lasts. We will tell every workspace's administrators at least 30 days before paid plans apply to it, and nothing is charged without a plan being chosen.
- It is a beta: features change, and errors happen. No availability or uptime is promised.
- We may end the beta, or a workspace's place in it, with notice to its administrators. A workspace that stops measuring goes back to the ordinary trial (see the beta).
Your data
- Your data belongs to you. We use what you put in your workspace only to run the service for you.
- Your workspace's data is stored on a server in Santiago, Chile; files you attach are stored with Cloudflare. A copy of the databases is taken every night and kept by us in the United States.
- If you are an administrator of your workspace, you can download all of its data at any time, from inside the app: the data in JSON format and the attached files as they were uploaded, in zip files. You can ask us to delete a workspace and its data; we do so within 30 of the request, and the nightly copies age out within 14 days.
- Personal data is handled as our privacy notice describes.
Your use
- You are responsible for the people you invite, for what they put in the workspace, and for having the right to put it there.
- Do not use mbovy to break the law, to send spam through its public forms, or to attack the service or other workspaces.
- A public form you publish is yours: you decide what it asks and what you do with the answers.
Liability
We provide mbovy as is during the beta; our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 6 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and disputes go to the state and federal courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA.
Changes
We may change these terms during the beta. A change gets a new version, shown here, and the administrators of every workspace are told before it applies.
